The 6th Annual Surf Competition returns to Cox Bay in Tofino, BC on June 9th & 10th. The name has changed but don´t worry.....Stew will be served.

Some back story, in case you’re not as familiar with this young pup as you are with guys like Owen Wright or John John Florence. Matt Banting is 17 years old. He is a Monster Energy team rider. He is a regularfoot. He is from Port Macquarie, Australia. And he is a winner.

John John emerged and raised his arms in triumph. That wave meant a 9.93.

Tyler Wright, the youngest competitor on the Women’s World Tour, finished runner up at the Roxy Pro in her first event as an ASP mainstay (she won the Beachley Classic as a wild card when she was 14).
