The 19 year old Douwe Macaré from Vierakker, Gelderland did win the FISE 2010 in Montpelier, France. A great result during his Monster trip where he had to skate against strong competitors. Recently he took a nice 3^rd at the Dutch Championships Skate, a second place at the Amsterdamn AM 2011 and he killed it during the highly competitive DC Far “N’’ High 2011 which he won in France.

Some say his image is a bit like Ryan Scheckler. Caused by this there was shot a parody show: Life of Douwe, his own version of Life of Ryan! He also appeared on national television at the tv show ‘Ik wed dat ik het kan’ aired on RTL4. What was his bet? That he could do 25 kickflips within 1 minute. He nailed it and he won 1000 euro’s!
