About Nick

Nick Kouwenberg is a 20 year old guy from Elshout, Brabant. In 2010 he got the chance to compete in some GP’s and scored his first World Championships point during the Belgian GP in the deep sand of Lommel. In 2012 Nick will be back again in the World Championship MX2 with his new team:  the SKS-Polned TM Factory Racing Team. It will be his first full time GP season.


Despite some dragging injuries he was able to score two top 7 results in the Dutch Motocross Championships. In the post season he raced the entire German ADAC SX2 Supercross Championships for the Castrol Power1 Motoweb team and during the first race he was right there on the box with a 2-3 score in the finals. He showed some great skills and results and eventually ended up sixth in this highly competitive championship. Moreover he managed to qualify for the AMA Monster Energy Supercross in Daytona, Florida. A race in the toughest and most popular mx championship in the world. A success the past 35 years only two Dutch riders were managed to reach.


2012 is going to be a important en exciting year for Nick as a factory rider. He will give everything he has to get good results this year!
